InfiniteEARTH Announces Settlement with Carbon Streaming Corporation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
July 2025 — InfiniteEARTH has entered into a comprehensive settlement agreement with Carbon Streaming Corporation (“CSC”), resolving all legal proceedings between the parties related to the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve.
The terms of the settlement include a mutual release between the parties, termination of all existing contracts and legal relationships between CSC and InfiniteEARTH, and payment to CSC of an amount less than the estimated legal expenses of the proceedings.
The agreement concludes a chapter that unfolded amid significant changes across the voluntary carbon market. A series of unforeseen regulatory and market disruptions fundamentally altered the conditions under which the original agreement was executed. These events were beyond either party’s control and prevented delivery under the contract as originally intended.
“We’re pleased to have reached a resolution,” said a spokesperson for InfiniteEARTH. “We remain focused on navigating the evolving landscape with integrity, staying aligned with the principles that have guided our work since the beginning.”
